1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Nexzya™ Bioscience Product Validation System (“the System”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the System immediately.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM

The Nexzya™ Bioscience Product Validation System is provided exclusively to allow end consumers to verify the authenticity of products purchased from authorized distributors and retailers. The System cross-references the unique validation code found laser-engraved on the inner side of the product packaging against our official authenticity database.

3. PERMITTED USE

3.1 The System is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the end consumer of Nexzya™ Bioscience products.

3.2 You may only submit validation codes that are present on products in your lawful possession.

3.3 Each validation code is unique and tied to a single product unit. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute validation codes belonging to products not owned by you.

4. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

4.1 Attempt to guess, generate, or brute-force validation codes through automated means, bots, scripts, or any other method.

4.2 Use the System for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international regulation.

4.3 Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract data from the System’s database or infrastructure.

4.4 Submit codes in bulk or in any manner that could overload, disrupt, or interfere with the System’s normal operation.

4.5 Use the information obtained through the System to misrepresent, counterfeit, or fraudulently reproduce Nexzya™ Bioscience products or packaging.

5. ACCURACY OF RESULTS

5.1 A “Valid” result confirms that the code submitted matches a record in our authenticity database and is consistent with an authentic Nexzya™ Bioscience product.

5.2 A “Not Recognized” result indicates that the submitted code was not found in our database. This may result from a typographical error, damage to the engraving, or may indicate a counterfeit product.

5.3 Nexzya™ Bioscience makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and availability of the validation database, but does not warrant that the System will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical inaccuracies at all times.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Nexzya™ Bioscience shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the System.

6.2 The validation result provided by the System does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the safety, efficacy, or fitness for purpose of the product beyond the scope of authenticity verification.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and technology associated with the Nexzya™ Bioscience Product Validation System are the exclusive property of Nexzya™ Bioscience and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any part of the System is strictly prohibited.

8. PRIVACY

When you use the System, we may log the validation code submitted and the date and time of the request solely for the purposes of security monitoring and fraud prevention. We do not collect personally identifiable information through the validation form. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. REPORTING COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

If you have reason to believe the product in your possession is not authentic, we strongly encourage you to refrain from using the product and to contact our support team immediately at the details provided on our official website. Nexzya™ Bioscience takes anti-counterfeiting measures seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities where applicable.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Nexzya™ Bioscience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the System following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexzya™ Bioscience is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
